Out of his total experience of over 17 years, he has been working with schools for 14 years now. Prior to joining Zamit, Lakshya was the Head of Business Development for Planet EDU and was heading the India and South Asia business for the company. He has worked on multiple international projects that include University of Cambridge English Language Assessments, Scottish Qualifications Authority, Edexcel-the world's largest awarding body owned by Pearson, QAI UK and GETS UK to name a few. Lakshya is an avid traveller and has travelled to several cities in India and multiple countries over the last decade.

With core competencies in Business management, company strategies and profit & loss management, he successfully continues to help multiple business to scale up by closely working with Schools Owners, Principals and teachers.

He along with Rakshit founds Learning Feet to fulfil their dream to become an entrepreneur while continuing to work closely with schools.

Lakshya leads the business and revenue vertical for Learning Feet along with the overall general management of the company.

Rakshit comes with a right and rare mix of sales and operations with over a decade of experience of working in the education sector, including having worked in companies operating in day picnics and edutainment for school students.

He has worked on key positions such Vice President School Partnerships for Zamit India, Sr. Manager Business Development India for Planet EDU being two of the longest stints in his career amongst other successful positions..

Rakshit has excellent communicational skills and critical decisions making skills. Mr. Rakesh Babbar is a graduate from Delhi University and seasoned business owner with over 40 years of experience.

He spent over 30 years of his life in the auto parts manufacturing industry, leading the segment for two wheeler parts across India. While had keen interest in learning German language and travelling to Germany however fate had it otherwise and made him very successful in auto parts manufacturing domain popularly known for delivering the best of quality, even better than original brands at times!

During those years of auto parts manufacturing he travelled to over 100 cities in India, creating partnerships, supply chain and lots and lots of travel stories and memories.

Subsequent to his formal exit from the family business of manufacturing, he along with his better half, started Med Assist Lab Assistance, a firm which is into supplying of Science lab equipment, chemicals etc to schools in North India. It's been over 10 years now and Med Assist has now expanded to supplying of Maths, Geography and other lab equipment to several schools.

Having worked with multiple schools, developed partnerships and experienced supporting clients round the clock, Mr. Babbar is now also the Director for Business Support at Learning Feet.

With an illustrious career spanning over 25 years in education, Ratinder Sawhney is a seasoned professional who strives to foster academic excellence and shape the minds of countless students. She proudly served as a distinguished teacher at DPS, where her commitment to the field was acknowledged with the prestigious Role Model Teacher Award, a testament to her impeccable discharge of duties and diligent work.

During her tenure at the school, she demonstrated versatility and leadership prowess by successfully heading various verticals and domains within the organization. Driven by a desire to contribute even more significantly to students' academic journeys, she made the decision to embark on a new chapter in her professional life. Drawing from the wealth of expertise accumulated during her extensive tenure at the school, she now focusses on adding substantial value to students' academic experiences beyond the confines of a single institution.

Mr. Sanjeev Sehgal is a seasoned business manager with over 25 years of experience. His cross industry experience in India and overseas includes businesses from services and product. Sanjeev's previous role was of chief financial officer however today his attempt at entrepreneurship drives his passion. In this current role at Planet EDU, he oversees product strategy, sales management as well as operations management. He is a Chartered Accountant and an Associate Member of the New Jersey society of Certified Public Accountants.

He has a zeal for the environment and enjoys nature walk and heritage conservation. He has love for dogs and takes time to co-work with NGO in that field. Always ready to shake a leg and be inspired to take the reel live to real life. His favourite word is "why"

A highly experienced HR professional, who has a proven track record of heading Human Resources functions in mid to large sized companies and has extensive experience in leading and project managing complex change initiatives across multiple industries, including manufacturing, FMCG, services, technology, startups, and consulting. He is adept at setting up and scaling HR practices in hyper growth as well as well-established matrix or conglomerate organizations. An inspirational leader with a strong track record as a P&C leader, capable of leading the function in a business of significant scale and growth. I have exposure to global best people practices and have demonstrated the ability to work in complex business environments with large, distributed workforces. He is skilled at coaching senior and business leaders and am committed to building positive, inclusive work cultures that drive employee engagement and performance.

Mr. Kohli advises Learning Feet on business management, human resource management and design thinking.

An experienced Academic Head with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry, Mrs. Kavita Mathur has been a teacher since 1989. In this long span of 34 years she has not only headed schools but has also successfully helped setup new schools in more than one location across India. To name a few of her accomplishments she has been a member of the founding team of an International School as well as principal of a Residential school. She helped set up the CBSE school Sahodaya in the city of Jabalpur. In her last assignment as Associate Director, Academics, Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group of Educational Institutions she was responsible for the planning, development, execution and assessment of academic affairs. She has successfully audited the academic and administrative processes of various private and government schools.

To indulge her hobby of writing she has been a blog writer for an American website called inventorspot.com.

Presently she is working as Associate Director Academics, Velammal Knowledge Park, Chennai where she oversees and supports the complete academic program in its 22 schools. In the past 3 years she has successfully launched 3 new schools every year under the Velammal Bodhi Campus banner.

Ms. Sapna Sukul has worked at multiple leadership roles when she joined the Mother's Pride/Presidium Group of Schools as the Creative Director. She was later made Director of the group's NGO named Sparsh which is an institution for Special Needs Education. In January 2018 she has took up the task of setting up Petals World School from a scratch, encompassing each and every aspect of education from branding to staff selection, admissions, pedagogy, parent engagement, publicity and many more functions. She is on British Council's panel for a decade as a School Ambassador and Core Skills Trainer. She is now also on the panels of Pearson Education and Macmillan Education as a trainer and C-Fore as school surveyor. She is on the panels of Brainfeed and Education World magazines.

She has conducted numerous workshops all over India with British Council, Pearson Education and Macmillan Education.

Ms. Sukul is also on the panel of American Field Service (A.F.S.) as a trainer and has conducted online sessions for international exchange students for them.

Mahima Bhatnagar has more than a decade long experience of working with child pegagody and psychology. She is a trained child psychologist and expressive arts therapist. Mahima is the joint-secretary at the Sri Aurobindo Society branch in Jodhpur and has been associated with the Integral Education system of Sri Aurobindo since many years. She has deep knowledge and experience in the field of alternate education and integrated learning ecosystems.

She is also a certified Meditation & Yoga teacher and integrates these tools to target the Mind, Body, Heart & Soul as a whole.

Mahima advises Learning Feet on content for driving happiness and weaving holistic development through Learning Picnics therefore enhancing skill sets of children for a positive washback effect.

Kevin started his career teaching English and developing course materials for the Iranian Navy as part of their English training regimen. Later as an entrepreneur in Spain, he established The English Consultancy providing language corporate training and staff development programs.

He then held significant management positions in Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand while he earned an MBA in International Business and Marketing.

After graduate school, his focus was in the financial services sector where, in Saudi Arabia, he was charged with new product development and implemented and managed strategic partner relationships for the Saudi French Bank. He was subsequently recruited for senior managerial positions in Kuwait where he established the first marketing functionality and revitalized the corporate identity for two different local banks.

In 2010, he became evangelical about computer-adaptive language testing—a passion that led to the buyout of the Cambridge-authorized Thai BULATS agency (now Vantage).

He has taught numerous business English training classes for many of Thailand's blue-chip companies.

He holds a BA degree in English from the University of Washington in Seattle and an MBA from the Kellogg/Wharton affiliated SASIN business school at Chulalongkorn University.
